### Private evaluation: scoped per engagement

For firms deploying Kimpton across multiple portfolio managers or analysts. Pricing is quoted per firm and scales with seat count (head count). ## Key Definitions

- **Deep research query**: An AI research agent run that produces structured briefs or long-form reports from market data, earnings, and news. Quick chat queries do not count toward research depth.
- **Brokerage account**: A linked brokerage account via Plaid for real holdings, cost basis, and performance data. Kimpton has read-only access and cannot execute trades.
- **AI dashboard**: An AI-generated interactive dashboard created from a natural language prompt.
- **AI report**: An AI-generated long-form research report with tables, analysis, and citations.
- **Trade proposal**: An AI-generated trade recommendation with sizing, rationale, tax impact analysis, and mandate compliance checks.
- **Vault Skill**: A reusable instruction document stored in Vault and selectable by Ask Kimpton.
- **Workflow**: A reusable automation that combines triggers, data and logic blocks, Ask Kimpton, and delivery actions.
- **OPRA**: The Options Price Reporting Authority, the source for real-time and historical US-listed options data.
