• Acknowledge that Kimpton cannot execute trades or move funds on your behalf
• May disconnect your accounts at any time through your account settings

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Free Tier

Our Free tier provides access to general market insights and limited research queries at no cost.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Starter and Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF KIMPTON
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kimpton AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kimpton at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use Kimpton immediately ceases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
