Ask Kimpton

Ask a question, choose useful sources, and check the answer.

Open New Agent to start a conversation. Ask in your own words. For example: "What are the main risks for this portfolio over the next quarter? Show the sources and their dates."

Ask with a source

  1. Open New Agent.
  2. If you want a specific document or portfolio used, select it in the message box before sending. See Referencing files and data.
  3. Send your question. You can ask a follow-up in the same conversation.

Kimpton can use data available on your plan and sources your organization has authorized. It cannot read a source you do not have access to. See Built-in data for availability.

After an answer finishes, its action row shows how long it took if Kimpton recorded that time.

Check the answer

Open the cited sources. Check the source date, the period being discussed, and any gaps Kimpton points out. If a source is missing or too old for your decision, ask for a newer source or check the original yourself. A published model portfolio is a target allocation, not live client holdings.

Your conversations appear in your recent history. You can return to one and ask a follow-up. For a longer document, ask Kimpton to make a report.
