Notifications
Choose where personal updates arrive and find workflow results.
Open Account settings → Notifications to choose in-app, email, or available Slack messages for your own updates. Security alerts remain in-app and by email. To receive Slack DMs, your organization must connect Slack and you must link your own Slack identity.
Workflow result delivery is set on the workflow, not only in your personal preferences. Open Workflows → History to find the saved result, then inspect Delivery for each channel. A Completed run may have skipped email or Slack. See Runs and history and Delivering results.
If email does not arrive, check spam and your account address. If Slack does not arrive, check the workspace connection, your personal Slack sign-in, and the run's delivery status.
