Connect SlackPaid
Set up the workspace, then link each member for direct messages.
Slack is available to some paid organizations. If you do not see its card under Settings → Integrations, contact support.
For an owner or admin: connect the workspace
Open Settings → Integrations → Slack and choose Connect Slack. Approve the Kimpton app in Slack. Your Slack administrator may need to allow the installation. One Slack workspace can connect to one Kimpton organization.
Connecting the workspace lets Kimpton post messages. It does not yet identify each member's Slack account.
For each member: link your Slack account
On the same Slack card, choose Sign in with Slack and complete the sign-in. This links your Slack identity to your Kimpton account so your own notifications can arrive as direct messages. If you skip this step, your Slack DM notifications will not arrive.
Open Account settings → Notifications to choose which eligible notifications reach Slack. Security alerts remain in-app and by email. A workflow can set its own delivery destinations; see Delivering results.
Use a shared channel
In the Slack channel, invite Kimpton with /invite @Kimpton. Then use /kimpton subscribe to receive subscribed organization output. /kimpton status shows the state, and /kimpton unsubscribe stops it. Kimpton must belong to the channel. See Ask Kimpton in Slack for questions and visibility.
If a message does not arrive, check the workspace connection, your personal Slack sign-in, your preference, and the workflow's delivery status.
