Ask Kimpton in SlackPaid
Ask in a channel or direct message and know who can see the answer.
After your organization connects Slack, mention @Kimpton in a channel or send the app a direct message. Ask a question as you would in New Agent. Kimpton replies in a thread and includes an Open in Kimpton link.
Everyone in a channel can see its question and answer. Channel answers use organization-shared data, not one person's private Vault items or watchlist. For private context, use a DM or continue the conversation privately in Kimpton. Check the answer's sources before sharing it further.
If Kimpton does not answer in a channel, check that it was invited with /invite @Kimpton and ask an admin whether Kimpton Agent in Slack is enabled. If a file is rejected, keep attachments under 5 MB or upload it to Vault. For connection problems, see Connect Slack.
