Get help with access or using Kimpton.
Email support@kimpton.ai for product or account help. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, the time, and any error text or screenshot. Include a link to the Kimpton page or conversation if you can. Do not send passwords, private access links, or sensitive client data.
If you cannot sign in, try Login help first. If your firm gave you an access link and it expired, ask your firm administrator for a new one.
