Vault is available on paid plans. Open it and choose the area that matches what you need:

To ask about a specific item, open New Agent, type @, and choose the document or data source. Check the source date and your access. See Using context.
Your organization and sharing settings determine what you can see. If something is missing, check your selected organization and ask an administrator. See Data handling for storage and access details.
