Delivering results
Send a workflow result and check what arrived.
Add Notify to send a result after it is saved. A workflow without it can still finish and save a result in History.
| Destination | What it needs |
|---|---|
| In-app or email to yourself | Your Kimpton account |
| Slack DM | A connected Slack workspace and your linked Slack identity |
| Email to another member | Organization owner or admin permission |
| Slack channel | Owner or admin permission, a connected workspace, and a subscribed channel |
Sending to another member gives that person Viewer access to the workflow. Sending to a Slack channel can give everyone in the organization Viewer access, because channel membership cannot be matched to individual Kimpton accounts. Check the audience before publishing.
After a run, open History → Delivery. Each channel has its own status. A channel may be skipped because a recipient is inactive, muted, or not connected to Slack. The run can still show Completed because its result was saved. See Notifications for personal preferences and Connect Slack for setup.
