Workflow blocks

A short index of the blocks you can add to a workflow.

The builder groups blocks under Kimpton and Integrations. A block's available settings and connections determine what you can run. Test the full draft before publishing.

Notifications

BlockUse
NotifySend a saved result in-app, by email, Slack DM, or subscribed Slack channel

Without Notify, the result is still saved in History. A completed run does not prove delivery. See Delivering results.

Integrations: Detail Blocks

These blocks need an approved Ridgeline connection and portfolio scope. They produce private run artifacts, not a live view in Portfolio.

BlockUse
Get Holdings - RidgelineRead authorized account holdings for a run
Get Transactions - RidgelineRead authorized transactions for a chosen period
Post Trade Exceptions - RidgelineReview available post-trade exceptions
CSA Tracking ReportCreate a monthly or quarterly commission report with year-to-date figures and review items
Monitor Reconciliation — Ridgeline + US BankCompare available position and cash records with an approved custody source

Specialist reports

CSA Tracking Report runs manually; scheduling is rejected by the current executor. The reconciliation pilot also rejects scheduled execution. Work with your Kimpton account team to confirm the intended configuration and sources before running either one. Review the saved report's source dates and exceptions; a completed run does not prove the records agree.

The CSA report shows recorded commissions, not proof of payment or receipt. Check Review Items for missing or inconsistent source amounts. Reconciliation compares quantities and cash, not security prices. Its source notes disclose older-price warnings; Audit detail labels any supported zero-balance assumption.

Blocks you'll see but can't add

Portfolio Scope and Portfolio Scope - Ridgeline can appear in a draft or template. They set the authorized portfolio context for later blocks; they are not separate palette choices.

Retired blocks

Email me and Notify me are old delivery blocks. Saving an older workflow converts them to Notify with the same destination. Use Notify for new workflows.
