Getting started
Getting started with your firm
Set your password, find shared data, and ask your first question.
Your firm administrator gives you a private link to set your password. Keep the link private. You do not need to choose a plan or create a separate account.
- Open the password-setting link your firm administrator shared with you.
- Set your password using the instructions on that page.
- Go to Kimpton and sign in with the email address your firm used.
- If you belong to more than one organization, select your firm's organization from the account menu.
If the link is missing or has expired, ask your firm administrator for a new one. See login help if sign-in returns you to the login page.
Find information you can use
- Open Portfolio and look for a model your firm has published. A model shows target allocations, not live client holdings.
- Open Vault and look for documents your firm has shared.
- If something is missing, check the organization in your account menu. Then ask your firm administrator to check your access.
Ask your first question
- Open New Agent.
- Ask about a source you can see. For example: "Summarize the risks in this model portfolio. Show which information you used and its date."
- Read the answer and check its sources and dates. Ask a follow-up if a point needs more detail.
You can select a specific portfolio or document while composing a question. See Referencing files and data. For more help, contact support.
